| Observation Step - Self-Observation/Self Certified Standards |
After the observer is assigned, the observation materials are mailed.
The provider will receive a Provider Self-Observation and Self Certified Standards for NAFCC Accreditation workbook. This book should be completed before the Observation Visit. It should be returned to NAFCC within a few days of the visit.
