To Become an NAFCC Accreditation Observer

To become an NAFCC Accreditation Observer, individuals are required to complete the application process and attend Observer Training.

During the two day (16 hours) Observer Training participants receive specific information about their role as observers and NAFCC observation procedures. Observer training incorporates a variety of adult learning techniques, several opportunities to practice observing and documenting, and activities designed to support participants in transferring the skills learned in Observer Training to the workplace.

Potential observers will leave NAFCC Observer Training confident they have the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to provide the accreditation commission with reliable observations. Attendance during the full two days is required.
