NAFCC Conference Sponsors |
NAFCC is preparing for our 2013 Conference to be held at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Hotel, Scottsdale AZ, July 18-20, 2013. Our theme is “Building Relationships That Last A Lifetime!” We are expecting approximately 1000 attendees at the conference this year.
Our national conference offers providers, and people who work in support of family child care, an opportunity for professional development, networking, and resources to improve educational opportunities they provide to children and families.
When you choose to support the NAFCC Conference, you gain access to the widest possible family child care audience.
NAFCC serves as a nationwide non-profit association dedicated to strengthening the profession of family child care and communities where providers live and work. NAFCC provides the only nationally recognized accreditation system designed specifically for family child care providers. This system improves the quality of care provided to children, the level of professionalism of each provider, and the relationships between providers and the families they serve.
NAFCC has the most direct access to family child care providers and the families they serve of any national early childhood organization:
- 7000 plus individual members serving over 60,000 children
- 12 state affiliate groups
- Links to 95 other state and local associations thru a Presidents Council and Regional Representative system
NAFCC offers additional access through partnerships with other organizations serving family child care providers, including Head Start, Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies, Child and Adult Care Food Programs, state licensing and purchase of care agencies, higher education and in-service training organizations, child serving organizations, and vendors of goods and services.
A number of opportunities exist for your organization to build awareness and relationships with conference attendees. We have listed ideas but are open to create a custom opportunity to help you achieve your goals. We are also open to in-kind contributions in lieu of cash.
The Sponsorship Options flyer describes sponsorship levels, cost, and ways NAFCC will recognize your contribution.
The Sponsor Events flyer offers opportunities for a sponsor to give special attention to a specific element of the conference and in turn gain additional recognition for this designated contribution. For example, a sponsor who designates a specified portion of their contribution for the Accreditation Celebration will be acknowledged in the conference program both on the page identifying sponsors and also on the Accreditation Celebration page.
The Application for Advertisers and Exhibitors tells you information about rates and specifications for advertisements in the conference program and exhibit booths. Some ads and booths are included free as a part of a sponsorship level or you may be interested in additional advertisement and exhibiting opportunities.
Your donation to sponsor our conference would be tax deductible, we are a 501(3)c organization.
