Affiliate Requirements

NAFCC can help your association through the Affiliate process. Applicants must apply and meet the following requirements: 

  • Be an "Association" member of NAFCC ($70.00 per year)
  • Assume the responsibility to pay membership for a minimum of 25 members or 10% (whichever is greater) 
  • Have a non-profit 501(c)3 or (c)6 tax status
  • Have a non profit tax status 501C(3) pr C(6)
  • Carry liability insurance
  • Support NAFCC mission and goals
  • Support position on public policy
  • Promote NAFCC membership through newsletters, website, and conferences
  • Offer full disclosure of business practices and family child care work
