For me, this year's conference theme brings a smile to my face as I think of the high school and college graduation parties I've been invited to over the years for the children that were last in my care when they were only 5 years old! Each child may have only attended Patty Cake Preschool for 5 years, but the relationships I built with the children and their families have definitely lasted a lifetime!
