The National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) presents the 2017 Annual Conference which is the largest national gathering of family child care providers, advocates, trainers, mentors, and leaders. Each year, an average of 46 states are represented at the conference. NAFCC anticipates 800 participants at the 2017 Conference.

Family child care providers are predominantly women and are entrepreneurs with the purchasing power for their program. The providers who attend our conference are focused on creating the ultimate child care environment focusing on safety and child development while in their homes. Attendees expect training and networking experiences, as well as new products and services to support their work. Mentors and advocates from local, state, and federal agencies who work with dozens to hundreds of family child care providers also attend the conference in order to gain information and resources to help the providers they serve improve their quality of care and business practices.
