2017 Annual Conference Registration and Hotel Layaway Plan

NAFCC is pleased to offer the option of a layaway plan for the 2017 Annual Conference.The layaway plan helps members plan ahead to participate in our annual conference. This program is a member benefit and each registered attendee must be a current member of NAFCC through July 31, 2017 to take advantage of this opportunity.
A non-refundable deposit of $220.00 must be included with the application. The non-refundable deposit covers one night at the hotel and a $70 administration fee in the event that you cancel. Refund requests must be received in writing prior to June 15, 2017. If you cancel after June 15, 2017, then a total of $370.00 will not be refundable. This is the amount of your registration plus one night hotel.
NAFCC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for layaway payments. Payments will be set up on a recurring payment set to charge on the 15th of every month until your plan is paid in full. The final payment must be made no later than June 15, 2017. Any balance not paid in full by June 15, 2017 will be returned, minus the deposit.
The layaway plan allows you to book your room through NAFCC at the special low rate of $129.00 per night (plus tax). You may have up to four members in one room. Each group must identify a person to be responsible for all payments. The responsible person will be the main name on the layaway. This means if there are multiple registrations on the layaway, then the responsible party must collect monies from the other attendees, and then pay NAFCC. If a roommate would like to pay their own registration, they can separately from the layaway plan.
