Since COVID-19 reached the United States and shut down the country in March 2020, NAFCC has been conducting multiple surveys to gauge the current conditions, needs, struggles of family child care professionals. In August 2020, NAFCC conducted it's fourth survey of family child care professionals, focusing on three urgent topics: school-aged children, grants and loans, and program supplies.

With the data collected in this fourth survey surrounding family child care and COVID-19, NAFCC compiled a report to emphasize the crucial role family child care plays in our society, particularly during this global pandemic. Available to read is the full technical report on the survey which summarizes the data collected in an objective and informative manner.
