**Please note that current family child care providers are eligible to receive a $30 discount on their registration fee.  

2020 National Family Child Care Conference Layaway Plan

We’re excited to announce that the 30th National Family Child Care Conference will be in Norfolk, Virginia! Join us at the beautiful Norfolk Waterside Marriott hotel July 15-18, 2020 for the only national conference dedicated to the field of family child care.

Layaway payment plans are available to help attendees plan and participate in the National Family Child Care Conference. Participating in the layaway payment program is a NAFCC member benefit and each registered attendee must be a current member through July 18, 2020. Payments will be charged on the 1st or the 15th of each month. Registration must be paid in full by June 15, 2020 to confirm registration and/or hotel room.

The layaway plans allow you to make payments on registration and/or your hotel room. Hotel rooms are available at a special group rate of $142.00 per night (plus tax).

*Remember, all training expenses—including registration, travel, lodging, and meals—are tax deductible when they are incurred for maintaining or improving your skills as a professional. Consult your tax advisor for details.

If you need to cancel your layaway plan, 30% of what has been paid is non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be received in writing prior to June 15, 2020.

*When registering for NAFCC’s conference you acknowledge that we will be photographing and recording portions of the conference, and your image may be captured, which may in turn be used in future publications.
